We visited other communities in the area, and while they were great, my family kept thinking about The Palms. Ben and Terry made our experience feel so welcoming and took the time to explain the process to us since we are first time home buyers. They continue to check in with us even after the contracts have been signed! On a separate occasion we went to see if Ben was in so we can take pictures of our new lot. He was off that day, but the two wonderful ladies there were just as welcoming and nice and took the pictures for us! Their entire team is such a joy! The Palms at Venetian Bay are beautiful new homes in New Smyrna Beach. The grounds are beautiful. They have a pond with a fountain that is lit up at night. Ben who is on sight is a true asset to Ryan Homes. He is patient, kind, helpful, professional, and has gone above and beyond the call of duty throughout the entire building process and even after closing.
