Our experience at Copper Creek so far has been wonderful. The wooded lots, beautiful floor plans and options sell themselves. The sales team (Shirley and Laura) at this location have done an excellent job attentively and patiently helping us map our wish list to the right design package for us. After years of searching for the right home, we couldn’t be happier about finding this one of kind community and Ryan sales team.

Cooper Creek looked like a great community to visit. If you’re looking to purchase a home I called to make an appointment to see if they were open and they told me it’s by appointment only and they didn’t have any appointments till Tuesday. I was only in town till Monday morning, what a shame because I really wanted to see you there. Nice homes. Oh well next time maybe when I’m in the area I’ll plan in advance instead of calling at the last minute really my fault.

We really appreciate all the help and guidance we got from Shirley Kennedy. She listened to us very carefully and answered all our questions and showed patience because of all of the questions we had. I have been a realtor for many years on Cape Cod and Southern NH so I really am thankful for Shirley going the extra mile in helping us. Also, we met David the regional manager and Sam the production manager at Copper Creek and they were very attentive, thoughtful and caring about the community and future owners.
