We have built three homes with three different builders and Ryan Homes outshines them all! Michael Freshwater is not just a sales representative, but a customer service expert. He doesn’t shake your hand once you’ve purchased and walk away. He is with you though the finish line. Our closing was delayed at the last minute and Michael was able to get our extra moving costs reimbursed. It wasn’t expected, but it was definitely alleviated the extra stress the delay caused. I doubt there’s any other builder out there that would offer that! The whole experience with Ryan Homes is great - they care about their customers, the homes are built with high standards (there were very few punchlist items when we moved in and they were very minor) and when there is a warranty issue they take care of it immediately. Can’t recommend them enough!

Discovered this beautiful community accidentally. I'd be drawn to this community if I were in the market to move. Ryan Homes is very reputable--the craftsmanship is superb. The community center has pickleball courts and raised gardens tended to by the HOA. The firepit is a draw for further socializing. I wish there was a pool but that's not in the cards. A plus feature is that the lawns are maintained by the HOA so you dont have to worry about that. Definitely worth considering for your next community move. Take a look! It's worth your time.

We did our due diligence in looking for our forever home. Ryan Homes of Spirit of Sebastian checked quite a few boxes. We had the pleasure of scheduling an appointment with Paula Laprocina. She did an amazing job explaining to us what the community was all about. The home we actually wanted to see was unavailable at the time we were there however Paula took the time to show us the home in their sister community Lost Tree Preserve on her way home from work. By Paula going above and beyond her duties we decided to move forward without hesitation. There’s still time for you to enjoy Spirit of Sebastian as it’s only in its second phase. We can’t wait to get the keys and make Spirit of Sebastian our home.

Moved into a new Ryan Home in December. Mr. Freshwater was our acting Sales Associate. Before the sale he provided us pictures of the lot and surrounding development along with detail pics of the model we were interested. He stayed in touch with us, including video calls, throughout the purchase and building process. There was no issues during the building process. The project management team was also excellent, providing weekly videos and pictures to provide status on the project and answered any questions I had. NVR was are closing agents and provided close guidance throughout. I would like to thank Mike Stickley and the entire project and quality team; they have been very responsive to correcting and fixing any items or problems and personally explaining their warranty policies. In summary, we have been very happy with the home, the community and service these people have provided.

Can't say enough about the two sales reps: Brittany and Michael. They went above and beyond to answer questions and go through all the options to guide us through the selection and purchasing processes. Ryan's model homes were very helpful in showing what to expect. The models that weren't on site were readily available for viewing down the road at another Ryan development. The loan originator, Jorge, was extremely helpful in guiding us through the loan options and answering questions. It was convenient that Ryan Homes has their own mortgage company and were able to provide incentives to help with the closing costs.
