This is our second purchase from Ryan Homes. Back in 2009, we purchased a home at Village of Spring Ridge in Swedesboro NJ and were so pleased with the process and quality of our build, Ryan was the first builder that came to mind when we decided to move to Delaware. Fast forward to 2022, we decided to move to Middletown DE and started looking in the area. We came across the Brighton Townhomes and loved the location, floorplans and immediately scheduled an appointment with Mike Suydam, who became our salesperson. Mike was great. He informed us of all of the options and upgrades available but never pressured us to select changes that weren't necessary for our soon to be new home. In addition, he kept us up to date on the development and progress once we decided to move forward. The Project Manager assigned to our home was Brian Walker who I cannot speak highly enough about. Brian was phenomenal with keeping us informed on the actual build of our home. Weekly/biweekly updates were sent to us like clockwork. All meetings were scheduled on a timeframe that we could both attend and you could tell that Brian not only cares about the construction of the homes he works on, but the people as well. Even post construction/settlement, Brian quickly responds to the smallest of inquiries. We decided to go with NVR finance and worked with Marysol Lavender and Izzy Stennett. They both kept us very informed on the loan process and worked diligently to ensure that we received the best loan and rate for our new home. This was our second time financing through NVR for our new home mortgage and I highly recommend them. I've been in the building materials industry for over 30 years seeing both the good and bad with residential home builders. Ryan Homes and the team at Brighton have far exceeded my expectations. If it was possible to rate them 10 stars, I certainly would.
