We worked with Angie and Ryan as our PM. We had been looking for a home for 2+ years without luck, so decided on new construction. Angie was so helpful to us - allowing us to understand our options and choose what was best for our family. My husband and I came in with two very different “visions” and she helped us understand how we could both get what we wanted and stay within our budget. Ryan came through for us and created a beautiful product. He was attentive to details, transparent, and present - we always felt comfortable knowing he was in charge of our project. We moved in last April and have really enjoyed making the house our home. Thank you both for your help! Side note - NVR was great as well. Absolutely amazing experience from sales to construction and closing. Angie was absolutely wonderful. No pressure and she did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. She worked those numbers endlessly until we got everything figured out. Very impressed with her knowledge and dedication. Max is our construction manager. Let me just say he is always very responsive and he is there every step of the way. His extra efforts did not go unnoticed to help make the process as smooth as possible. Max strives to do everything possible to make things right. We are so appreciative of his kindness and work ethic. Every question was always followed up on and max is absolutely amazing to work with. Jordan and Carrie carried us through the mortgage process. This can be very stressful. They kept us informed and were extremely kind. We felt so Comfortable working with the both of them. They absolutely killed it when it came to the number break down and the closing process. They were both there continuously, throughout this process. They got us to the finish line and we are so grateful!!Emily was also great at closing. The closing process was fast and efficient. Very receptive to any questions we had after we closed. Cj we absolutely loved his enthusiasm and excitement as he showed us around our new home. He made us feel so excited to move into our new home. We absolutely love our all weather screens lol. Josh the warranty manager- followed up quickly when we submitted our request for some minor repairs. We appreciate the extra effort made to get us scheduled quickly and to get things done. I would absolutely recommend Ryan to family and friends. This staff has been so helpful and kind every step of the way. Truly outstanding and you can really tell that care about their customers.
