And after touring numerous new townhome communities - Blackstone stood out tremendously from their employees, to their build & townhome layout, and their amenities! From my initial visit, Katie was beyond exceptional. She was personable, helpful, and very knowledgable. She was a call or text away throughout the entire process if I had any questions, which I really appreciated as this was my first home purchase. She was also genuinely excited for me, and worked hard to make sure the customer experience was top notch. Now a days, this type of employee and experience is hard to find - so I very much appreciated her enthusiasm, knowledge, and help. Matt, the Project Manager, was equally impressive. He too was a phone call or text away the entire process and kept me informed on where they were at in the building process. He personally walked me through the home once it was built to give me a tour & explain important details of the home I needed to know. He made this process easy for me to understand too! Whenever a small question came up, he was right there to talk me through it. His co-worker, Dawson, was also fantastic! You can tell they make a great team. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really gave me confidence I was getting a well built home. Thanks for the incredible teamwork Katie, Matt, and Dawson - you guys are rockstars! The entire experience, from contract to keys, was seamless. If you're considering a new townhome in a great community, you're in excellent hands with this team!
