My husband and I decided to stop in to the model home on a whim 2 years ago and we ended up purchasing a lot and building our dream home. I’ve never been through the construction process before, but everyone was extremely helpful, and we were so excited to watch our house go up before our eyes! The PM (Project Manager) Jim was very helpful throughout the construction process whenever my husband or I had any questions. Our sales rep, Ashley, is the friendliest, nicest person you will ever meet. She was always quick to respond to an email, and keep us up to date on what was going on. We’ve now been in our house for a year and a half, and here’s what we think: A) The community is AMAZING! We have 4 kids (with one on the way) and they have tons of friends here. We feel like we have a community family, kids bouncing around houses, playing in backyards, riding bikes while parents play a game of volleyball or relax by the fire pit after a long week! B) The quality is what you’d expect. We aren’t super picky and understand that with every house there will be issues (whether it’s brand new or 40 years old), nothing is perfect. But.... the things we’ve come across have been minor in nature! C) If given the option to build again here, we totally would!

My wife and I are about 2/3rds complete with our home build. The thought of building a new home was extremely scary and stressful. We met with Ashley our sales consultant. She answered all of our questions and continually put our fears to rest. No matter how silly we felt the question, she answered them in a timely manner and made us feel as if we were her only clients. Next came the build. Jim is our project manager. He is an incredible person to work with as well. Again, no question went unanswered and he broke down every aspect of the build. I thought this was going to be the stressful part, but because of Jim it has been a pleasure and fun. Every aspect of our build selections have been executed to perfection. I am very detail oriented, but Jim has me covered even there. The construction crews are great and never stop working. The folks at NVR mortgage, Matt and Jordan, are great to work with too. To summarize, so far the whole experience has been wonderful and it's due to the caring people who represent this company so well.

My family and I were in the market to purchase a new home for our growing family when we came across Tuscan Hills. The moment we spoke to the sales rep Ashley, we knew we picked the right place! She made the entire process so enjoyable, even with our difficult situation of being self employeed. She was there for every step of the way and made the stress of building a new home and all the steps involved so much more enjoyable and relaxing.
