I recently closed on a new home in this community. Shannon Courson was an excellent Sales Representative and did a great job setting expectations and working with me during the paperwork and selection process, which was a challenge as I was mostly out-of-state during this phase of the process. Jake Olenick was the Project Manager for my house and did a tremendous job. I have built a few homes over the years and have had many Project Managers who told me they would update and send me pictures weekly, only to not follow through. Jake delivered on his promise and kept me updated each week with a detailed telephone call update and accompanying pictures via text message. Jake was accessible during the build process and ensured the project stayed on track. Upon closing, Jake provided a warm hand-off to the Warranty Representative. I appreciate everything Shannon and Jake did to make this a positive and smooth process. I highly recommend this community, Shannon, and Jake.

Seneca Trails feels like a beautiful, quiet country retreat, yet with a very convenient on/off to the 79 freeway and just 12 minutes to Cranberry shopping. The staff is easy to work with. This new-build location combines affordability with comfortable, spacious floor plans. Great neighborhood!

Wonderful experience with Ryan Homes. Our sales rep, Anne, was wonderful. She was patient and responsive, and she made the selection process a breeze. And our project manager, Dan, was amazing. He called every Friday with an update, and he was quick to answer any questions and address any issues. Lastly, we love the neighborhood! 10/10 would recommend.
