It’s reassuring to know that the same level of professionalism continues even after closing. Overall, I cannot fully express how grateful I am for the experience. We are super satisfied with our new home. Sean Hair (sales) and Tommy Thorpe (project manager) both did an excellent job. Sean was fully transparent with pricing, promotions, and super helpful guiding us through the whole process. As first time home buyers, having someone who was trustworthy made a huge difference. Tommy was excellent and truly cared about the build quality of our home. Our home was completed ahead of schedule and our own home inspection found no issues. There were a few times during closing I didn’t know who to reach out to, Tommy went out of the way to help.
